PROGRAM PLANNING, EVALUATION  AND IMPROVEMENT

TRANSITIONAL LEADERSHIP AND INTERIM STAFFING

Change is inevitable -- but when the Executive Director leaves, the leadership void can have a cascading effect on staff morale, funder confidence, program stability, financial controls and more, making it even more challenging for a new Director to take the helm. In interim roles, we manage day-to-day operations, implement policy and program initiatives, manage change, and help staff and board keep their focus on the horizon.  We can also give your organization the elasticity it needs by filling temporary roles and implementing discrete projects.
